If you have purchased chips, have not received them, or recieved an e-mail regarding the status of your order, the following tips are suggested.
Please contact live support or send us an email.

1.Check to see that your payment has gone through. In some cases your chip order might not have been processed, or your credit card might not have been charged.Check your card statement then contact us.
2. Make sure the screen name you have provided us is accurate.
Missing or incorrect numbers/letters will cause us to not be able
to find you on the search feature.
3. Check in the Pokerstars lobby under 'requests' for the option that says 'Hide from search feature'. Having this activated will cause us to not be able to find your screen name.
4. Make sure you are seated at a table. In order to receive play chips you must be seated out at a table in order for our site operators to send you the chips.
